We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Technology Scrum Master- Hybrid (Internal Job Title: 25906920 App Tech Scrum Master C11) based in Pune, India. In this role, you’re expected to:

• Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and define necessary system enhancements, including using script tools and analyzing/interpreting code.
• Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions, install, and support customer exposure systems
• Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications.
• Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conduct testing and debugging
• Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
  
  

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• • Overall work experience between 4-8 Yrs.
  • Deep understanding of Agile & lean values and principles
  • Working experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach of distributed Agile teams (6+ yrs), tech domain preferred
  • Skilled in training or coaching individuals and teams in Agile practices and values (lean and product management a plus), Working experience > 5yrs
  • Working knowledge of best practices in value-driven development (requirements management, prototyping, hypothesis-driven development, usability testing)
  • Working knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps
  • Good communicator with problem solving mindset and focus on process improvement
  • Working knowledge of work management and collaboration tools (Jira and confluence preferred)
  • Scrum Master and Agile Certifications
  • Experience with scaling agile across the organization preferably Scrum@Scale
