Test Engineer - Client and Distribution

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Functional and Automation Testing.
• Collaborate with Agile team members to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform functional testing to ensure the software meets the specified requirements.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java.
• Implement BDD frameworks using Cucumber to facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical team members.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines to run automated test suites
• Execute test cases, analyse results, and report defects using Jira.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and team efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide clear and concise updates on testing progress and issues.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience working in Agile teams.
• Strong expertise in functional testing and test automation using Selenium with Java.
• Experience of working with Jira for Test and Defect management
• Proficiency in BDD frameworks, particularly Cucumber.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• ISTQB certification or similar is a plus.
