Job Description
The Test Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
- Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement automation and lean solutions.
- Set up work centers and train operators on procedures and standards.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
- Maintain ERP systems and ensure compliance with company standards.

The Successful Applicant
- Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (advanced degree a plus).
- 1-7 years of experience with test equipment in electromechanical or mechanical assembly.
- Strong knowledge of LEAN tools and process improvement techniques.
- Hands-on experience with shop floor tools and machinery.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
