Job Description

The Test Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement automation and lean solutions.
• Set up work centers and train operators on procedures and standards.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Maintain ERP systems and ensure compliance with company standards.

The Successful Applicant

• Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (advanced degree a plus).
• 1-7 years of experience with test equipment in electromechanical or mechanical assembly.
• Strong knowledge of LEAN tools and process improvement techniques.
• Hands-on experience with shop floor tools and machinery.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
