Test Engineer

Support sustaining test activities ( yield improvement, test debug,test time reduction and Failure analysis)

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Support sustaining test activities ( yield improvement, test debug,test time reduction and Failure analysis)
• Support tester platform conversion/migration
• Test hardware development for engineering test hardware and production load boards, probecards
• Work with Design, product, fab and yield engineers on fab transfer yield debug and fixes.
• Test program integration and release to production.
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• B.Tech/M.Tech with electronics background.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in ATE testing in analog/mixed signal/powerproducts
• Preferred to have V93K SMT8 platform experience
• Knowledge in Cpk and GRR terms
• Good in C++/Java programming
• Strong in test engineering concepts and electronics fundamentals
• Knowledge in ATE test hardware development ( tester resourceassignments, schematic development )
• Problem solving skills
