Overview
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of frontend and backend functionalities to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and specifications.
- Utilize your expertise in frontend and backend testing to identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium and Rest Assured for both frontend and backend processes.
- Possess a deep understanding of logs and APIs to effectively analyze and troubleshoot issues.
- Utilize your programming skills to create and maintain automated test scripts for efficient testing processes.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices to enhance the overall quality assurance process.
- Proven experience working in quality assurance roles, preferably with product-based companies.
- Experience in app/web event/clickstream data instrumentation/testing and data validation.
- Experience in Framework design for automation.
- Experience in Automation Selenium automation, Appium automation, and other open-source tools.
- Knowledge of native app automation and ability to provide end-to-end testing solutions.
- Work experience in CI/CD.
- Experience with API Automation: Swagger, Postman, SoapUI.
- Good experience working in Test Rail and JIRA.
- Experience with source code management on GitHub.
- Good understanding of Agile methodology and software development lifecycle.
- Experience with microservices architecture testing and migration to the cloud.
- Deep technical expertise in implementing industry-standard testing methodology and tools.
- Experience in implementing testing best practices specific to the test planning and execution processes, and gaining buy-in for changes from executives.
