About The Role

The person will be responsible for the end-to-end API Testing.

What You Will Do

• Exposure to Telecom OSS/BSS domain
• Experience in Web Portal & Mobile App testing (Android & IOS)
• Experience in Test Automation tool – BrowserStack, Leapwork would be an advantage
• Functional testing , Cross-browser testing, Usability testing, UI/UX validations
• Strong in Testing Concepts and Test Design methods
• API testing: Using Postman, SoapUI, or REST Assured
• Basic Unix & SQL
• Experience in JIRA
• Experience in Performance testing tool – JMeter (Preferred)
• Good documentation skills ( Test Plan, Test Scenario, Test specification, etc)
  
  

What You Need

Preparation of test case specification for API testing and E2E Testing based on the Interface specification document, User Stories, and functional requirements

• Test Data Preparation
• Test Execution of API testing using specific tools
• Plan for test automation to cover regression cases
• E2E test execution from the front-end channels and verify the results in all impacted systems
• Logging of Defects by validating against the expected results
• Usage of JIRA to update test results and defect details
• Publish the Daily execution Report
• Need to work closely with developers, cross-functional teams, leads, external vendors, and other stakeholders
