We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In This Role, You Will

• Owning existing TDA offerings for its technical architecture, design, implementation and working to ensure continuity as needed by various value streams / projects.
• Monitoring and quantifying the usage of TDA offerings on periodic basis, including troubleshooting to ensure its availability
• Architecting, designing, developing and rolling out of new offerings to TDA suit, based on organization’s needs.
• Adopting and adhering to organizations tool stack philosophy, approach and direction.
• Identifying, solutionizing and de-risking existing bottlenecks / improvement opportunities via continuous optimizations.
• Providing clear, concise and purposeful communications to all associates about TDA offerings, to increase its penetration, via all appropriate channels like documentation, campaigns, videos, knowledge sharing sessions etc.
• Collaborating with Solution Architects, Application Technology / Engineering Leads, Tech SMEs to align TDA offerings in line with forth coming opportunities, challenges and common objectives to achieve.
• Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary Agile team
  
  

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Software development and strong coding skills
• Understanding of iterative style of application development
• Experience with test automation of backend/API Platform/ CICD Components
• Deep knowledge and understanding of testing methodology
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong thinking out off box capabilities
• Hands on experience on Core Java/Python, Maven
• Hands on experience on Selenium, Junit, Maven, Test NG libraries for UI testing
• Hands on experience on Cucumber, BDD methodology, Gherkin syntax
• Hands on experience in any IDE (e.g. Eclipse/IntelliJ)
• Hands on experience on GIT, JIRA, Jenkins (CICD exposure)
• Working experience in Agile methodology / SAFe with ‘in-sprint’ automation
