Responsibilities

As a TDM Analyst in the Managed Services Platform, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy through execution and beyond. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:

• Establish Test Data Management strategy for Health Care domain industry
• Analyze the test data needs and process the request raised by Project team
• Automate the TDM services with use of TDM APIs, Javelin, Batch Files technologies for invoking the TDM Job as Self Service through CI/CD Pipeline.
• Build frameworks for Data Mining and Data Reservation, build TDM (Test Data Management) solutions for data provisioning for Domain and Enterprise-wide apps
• Determine data provisioning and masking requirements, to assist in the design and review of Informatica workflows and work with enterprise TDM development teams
• Design and implement test data management approaches and frameworks
• Design and develop Test Data Management workflows for Proof-of-Concept situations when new technologies or new use cases are encountered by the enterprise.
• Conforms with and ensures compliance with established data security protocols
• Assists enterprise TDM development teams with data profiling, and the development of new test data provisioning and test data masking use cases, researching solutions and addressing issues with the tool vendor, as necessary.
• Develops solutions for provisioning and masking test data when out-of-the-box capabilities are found to be insufficient for use case requirements
• Provide required Test data for Performance Test, User Acceptance Test, QA Test, Application Development, and other Non-Production Environments
• Provide a consistent and repeatable process to support multiple Applications including identifying data elements for masking in Applications, Data Reset and Update Process
• Work directly with IT Security and Compliance to ensure Policies were consistently followed
• Interact with stakeholders to define Enterprise level TDM architecture
• Integrate data provisioning solutions with Automation, CI/CD, Data Pipelines.
• Operationalizing data pipelines from requests intake, processing, reserving, delivery and restoration of data
• Collaborates with subject matter experts and data stewards to identify PII definitions, data strategies, policies, controls, and programs to ensure enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
• Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in TDM using Delphix.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Healthcare Domain
• 7+ years of Test Data management (TDM) hands-on experience on tools like Delphix, Informatica TDM and IBM Infosphere Optim
• Hands on Experience with Data Masking, Synthetic Data Generation, Data Subset for various database technologies (Oracle,SQL SqlServer, MongoDB etc) and Flat Files (CSVs,FD,JSONs,XMLs,etc)
• Understanding of Programming languages/scripting like Java, PowerShell, Python etc. will be useful.
• Solid understanding of data governance, data quality and metadata management
• Strong knowledge in implementing TDM capabilities across testing life cycles
• Python and snowflake knowledge would be advantage
• Working knowledge of database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member or independently.
• Excellent spoken and written communication to explain the methods to a technical and non-technical audience. " The ability to think laterally and 'outside the box.'
