Test Lead

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Test Lead with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Robot and Python and a background in Program Management is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing efforts for software projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases using Robot and Python.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects efficiently.
• Provide detailed reports on testing progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Ensure that testing processes align with industry best practices and company standards.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.
• Monitor and track testing metrics to assess the effectiveness of testing strategies.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for team members.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in all testing activities.
• Contribute to the overall success of projects by ensuring software meets user requirements.
  
  

• Possess strong expertise in Robot and Python for test automation.
• Demonstrate experience in developing and executing test plans and cases.
