Job Description
As a Test Lead, you will be part of Product Engineering - Subscriber Signaling and Policy (SSP) under Product System Test (PST) organization and the team will be System Verification team for our core network products.
You will conduct target-oriented research to directly apply findings to the specification, design, further development, and incremental improvement of products, services, systems, tools, processes, etc. Integrates, verifies, tests, and modifies SW /system components and capitalizes on innovative solutions to meet particular requirements and specifications.

As a Test Lead, you will be part of Product Engineering - Subscriber Signaling and Policy (SSP) under Product System Test (PST) organization and the team will be System Verification team for our core network products.
You will conduct target-oriented research to directly apply findings to the specification, design, further development, and incremental improvement of products, services, systems, tools, processes, etc. Integrates, verifies, tests, and modifies SW /system components and capitalizes on innovative solutions to meet particular requirements and specifications.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Conduct system testing for high-traffic, large-scale distributed telecom products, ensuring robust performance and reliability.
- Oversee both functional and non-functional testing phases, utilizing innovative testing methodologies.
- Implement and enhance test automation frameworks using Python scripting for efficient end-to-end product validation.
- Utilize cloud technologies and Kubernetes to test and validate modern cloud-native solutions.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders to inform product development cycles.
You have:
- 6+ years of relevant software testing experience in telecom-grade products, including functional and non-functional testing with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Good working knowledge of cloud technologies, Kubernetes (K8s) and Python scripting.
- Familiarity with 4G/5G core technologies like CSD, PCRF, VOLTE, DRA, SCP, BSF, SEPP, and understanding of HLR, HSS, UDM, EIR, SDL, OneNDS, and 3GPP standards.
- Proficiency in Diameter, HTTP2 signaling, JSON, RestAPI, SCTP, TCP, and core telecom products like load balancers.
- Expertise in scripting, tracing tools (Wireshark, tShark), automation frameworks, and test management tools like Jira, Jenkins, and Bamboo.
- Knowledge on Linux, Kubernetes, VMware, OpenStack, CSF assets, cloud-native/microservices architecture, and DevOps best practices.
