Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience in Manual Data Testing HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Investment Banking Operations and Investment Banking & Brokerage. This hybrid role requires excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of our software products.

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience in Manual Data Testing HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Investment Banking Operations and Investment Banking & Brokerage. This hybrid role requires excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of our software products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
- Oversee the creation execution and maintenance of test plans and test cases for manual data testing.
- Provide expertise in HP ALM and Jira to manage and track defects and testing progress.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design comprehensive test strategies.
- Conduct thorough manual data testing to identify and document defects and inconsistencies.
- Ensure all test activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain test scripts and test data for manual testing.
- Monitor and report on test execution progress and results to stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to junior testers and team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability and quality risks.
- Work closely with business analysts and developers to resolve issues and improve product quality.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Possess strong experience in Manual Data Testing HP ALM and Jira.
- Have basic programming skills to support test automation and scripting.
- Demonstrate expertise in Investment Banking Operations and Investment Banking & Brokerage.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Show strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Have effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Display the ability to work in a hybrid work model and adapt to changing environments.
- Bring a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Hold a relevant certification in software testing or quality assurance.
- Show a track record of successful project delivery in a similar role.
- Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
- Have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
