Job Description:

We are looking for a Test Lead to manage and guide the QA team and ensure the quality of our software products. The ideal candidate will have strong testing experience, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA team in planning, writing, and executing test cases.
• Create test plans and strategies based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Manage defect tracking and ensure issues are resolved.
• Review and improve testing processes.
• Support both manual and automation testing as needed.
• Provide regular test progress and quality reports.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing.
• 1–2 years in a lead or senior QA role.
• Strong knowledge of testing types (functional, regression, UAT).
• Experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
