About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who can independently design, develop, and scale modern web applications. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in React (Frontend), Python (Backend), and Apache Kafka (Mandatory for real-time data streaming).

This role requires someone who understands system architecture, event-driven systems, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable frontend applications using ReactJS
• Build robust backend APIs and services using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask)
• Implement and manage Kafka-based event-driven architecture
• Develop real-time data pipelines and microservices
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability
• Integrate third-party APIs and external systems
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD and deployment workflows
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
  
  

• Strong experience in ReactJS (Hooks, Redux/Context API, REST integration)
• Strong backend development experience in Python
• Hands-on working knowledge of Apache Kafka (Producers, Consumers, Topics, Event Streaming) Mandatory
• Experience with RESTful API development
• Database knowledge (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB)
• Understanding of microservices architecture

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Experience with Redis or caching mechanisms
