We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented QA Analyst Apprentice to join our Center of Excellence (COE) team in Noida. This is an apprenticeship role designed to provide hands-on experience in software testing. The selected candidate will work closely with experienced QA professionals to learn and support manual testing, understand testing tools, and contribute to ensuring software quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn and execute test cases for web applications.
- Log, track, and verify bugs using Jira or similar tools.
- Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and team meetings.
- Assist in preparing test data and setting up test environments.
- Understand product functionality and test for usability and performance.
- Support QA team in regression and smoke testing during releases.
- Document learnings and observations for continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENT -
- Educational Background - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Basic understanding of manual testing concepts, SDLC, STLC, and bug lifecycle.
- Technical Aptitude Strong interest in IT applications and systems.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and self-motivated
- Adaptability, Willingness to learn new technologies.
