Don Bosco Tech Society is looking for an organized and experienced trainer to provide complete training to underprivileged youth (based on knowledge and skills with materials, instructions, and other learning resources).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications in alignment with industry best practices and project requirements.
• Ensure effective implementation of Agile and DevOps methodologies to optimize application development and deployment cycles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, to understand technical and functional requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong engagement with cloud service providers, industry partners, and technology communities to enhance application performance and innovation.
• Liaise with senior management and IT governance teams to ensure compliance with security policies, cloud regulations, and organizational standards.
• Coordinate cloud infrastructure and application development activities with relevant stakeholders to achieve high efficiency, scalability, and security.
• Support in preparing technical documentation, progress reports, and status updates on cloud application development and deployment.
• Assist in developing and improving cloud architectures, evaluation methodologies, and performance analysis strategies.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to development teams, users, and other stakeholders regarding cloud technologies and best practices.
• Represent the organization during cloud-related initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of projects and resolving critical issues as they arise.
• Manage and monitor cloud environments to ensure optimal performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Implement and maintain best practices for cloud application lifecycle management, including version control, testing, and deployment automation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• AWS certification is mandatory.
• 4 years’ experience on AWS or Azure as a solution architect or similar at associate level. 2 years’ full-time training experience in IT/Computer Science/Cloud Computing.
• Experience in relevant domain is a must
• Actively training for the AWS SysOps Administrator—Associate certification, or AWS Solution Architect—Associate certification, or the Professional level exams in Solution Architect or DevOps. [No other certifications (AWS or others) will be substituted to fulfill this requirement.]
• Any working experience in Linux Operating System, Scripting languages such as Shell and Python, Networking or Security concepts
• Working exposure of DevOps Process
• Experience in building and delivering educational resources, including designing virtualized network training lab environments, administrating LMS systems for reporting, and authoring exams and self-assessment surveys.

Core Competencies

• Confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources to provide training
• Capacity building and training skills
• Familiarity with video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Teams, etc
• Fluency in English (both oral and written)
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal skills & facilitation skills
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience in online facilitation is a plus
• Must be familiar with local language
• Any other professional certification will be a plus
