Overview
The UI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile applications. The role requires strong expertise in UI/UX design tools, front-end development frameworks, and modern design principles to transform business requirements into intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric digital experiences.
The resource must be proficient in creating wireframes, prototypes, interactive screens, responsive layouts, reusable components, and design system assets using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Additionally, the role requires strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, with a solid understanding of WCAG accessibility, responsive design, Agile/Scrum delivery, and usability best practices.
Work Experience (No: of Years and areas of expertise required for the Job)
- 4–7 years of UI/UX design and front-end development experience.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Strong in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and at least one framework: React / Angular / Vue.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, user research, usability testing.
- Experience in responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.
- UI/UX Design & Prototyping – Ability to design intuitive interfaces using industry-leading tools.
- Front-End Development – Ability to build responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces using modern frameworks.
- Design Systems & Component Libraries – Ability to maintain consistency through reusable assets.
- Accessibility (WCAG) – Ability to ensure inclusive design and compliance.
- Usability & User Testing – Ability to identify improvements based on research and testing.
- Performance Optimization – Ability to improve page load, rendering, and responsiveness.
