UI Developer (Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST API Integration)

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented UI Developer with expertise in Angular to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and enhance front-end applications to provide seamless user experiences. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate business requirements into functional, performance-driven web interfaces. Your contributions will support our mission to deliver high-quality digital solutions that meet client needs and industry standards, driving efficiency and user satisfaction.

Software Requirements

• Required:
• Angular framework (version 8 or higher)
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Git or other version control systems
• Experience with REST API integration
• Preferred:
• Additional front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., RxJS, NgRx)
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and tools
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jasmine, Karma
  

Overall Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Angular-based web applications that are robust, scalable, and efficient.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers to define and implement features aligned with business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or technical issues to ensure optimal application performance and user experience.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and development processes.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers for continuous improvement.
• Regularly evaluate application performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Stay updated on emerging front-end development trends and incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
• Support deployment activities and participate in Agile/Scrum rituals, including sprint planning and reviews.

• Cloud Technologies:
• Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure) is a plus
• Frameworks and Libraries:

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on Angular-based projects
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-centric web applications
• Experience in working within Agile development environments
• Prior involvement in cross-functional project teams and stakeholder communication preferred
• Industry experience in finance, healthcare, or enterprise solutions is advantageous
  
  

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop and maintain Angular applications, implementing new features and enhancements based on project specifications
• Troubleshoot and fix bugs in existing applications to improve stability and performance
• Collaborate regularly with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product teams to refine application features
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Stay informed on the latest front-end and Angular trends, bringing innovative ideas to projects
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience accepted
• Professional certification in Angular or front-end development is a plus
