UI Developer / Design Engineer

We are looking for a talented UI Developer with a strong focus on React to join our Design team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in crafting exceptional user experiences for our cutting-edge payment solutions. We're looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also has a keen eye for design. The ideal candidate will be able to spot and implement good design principles, and be sensitive to the nuances that elevate a product from functional to delightful. Your ability to bring designs to life through thoughtful interactions and smooth animations will be crucial in creating engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

● Collaborate closely with the product designers, product managers, and backend developers to create seamless user experiences

● Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive user interfaces

● Translate design prototypes into functional, efficient, and visually appealing code

● Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility

● Work extensively with Figma for design collaboration and implementation

● Implement engaging animations and micro-interactions to enhance user experience

Required Skills and Experience

● 1-2 years of professional experience in frontend development

● Expert-level proficiency in React and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.)

● Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

● Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to implement pixel-perfect designs

● Proficiency in UI/UX design principles including layout composition, typography, color theory, etc.

● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

● Ability to think critically about UI/UX decisions and their impact on users
