UI Path Developer

As a part of the team, you will deliver technology stack, using strong analytical and problem solving skills to understand the business requirements and deliver quality solutions. You'll be working on complex technical problems that will involve detailed analytical skills and analysis. This will be done in conjunction with fellow engineers, business analysts and business stakeholders.

To be successful as a Software Engineer you should have experience with:

• Previous experience of development and support on RPA tool (Ui Path).
• Comprehensive and evident understanding of Microsoft Technology (C#, VB.NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, Web Services).
• Willingness and ability to use their existing RPA knowledge to rapidly learn how to develop automations using UIpath .
• Analysis of business requirements and create POCs on UIpath and demonstrate the solution to business.
• Experience of the full project lifecycle, including technical design, development, testing, defect fixing and post-implementation support in Uipath.

• Experience on development in-house automation tools like RPA – Blueprism.
• Exposure to structured methodologies.
• Exposure to Machine learning and AI.

Purpose of the role

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Accountabilities

• Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
• Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
• Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
