Responsibilities
- Lead the development team in the full software development lifecycle.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Review and maintain high standards of software quality.
- Guide developers and enforce best practices in coding and documentation.
- Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and development trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in leading development teams
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., JavaScript).
- Excellent mentoring, leadership, and communication skills.
- Some knowledge about tools like a photoshop illustrator and figma
