Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated UI/UX Developer to design and develop intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating seamless user experiences while also being hands-on with front-end development, ensuring that designs are effectively translated into high-performing, fully functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design:

• Conduct user research to identify needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for ERP software interfaces.
• Design user flows to ensure intuitive navigation throughout the application.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine and improve the user experience.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.

Front-End Development:

• Implement designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
• Develop responsive, visually appealing UI components.
• Work closely with back-end developers to ensure smooth integration between front-end designs and backend systems.
• Optimize the ERP system for speed, performance, and usability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies and design trends.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer and Developer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous UI/UX design and development work (preferably in ERP or enterprise-level projects).
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
• Strong understanding of front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems or business applications.
• Familiarity with back-end technologies (e.g., Python) is a plus.
• Understanding of motion design and interaction animations.
