A Mid-level UI/UX Developer to manage the Front end development of our product in the HRMS domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

Behavioural Skills:

• Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
• Will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing layouts for clients.
• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
• Should have an innovative approach and problem-solving ability.
• Artistic Knowledge of web designs and layouts.

Technical Skills:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX developer
• Highly skilled at front-end engineering using Object-Oriented JavaScript (ES5, ES6), various JavaScript libraries and frameworks (React JS), HTML and CSS
• Should have strong knowledge and experience of minimum 1 framework
• Technical fluency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery & PHP
• Well-versed in software engineering principles, frameworks, and technologies
• Experience with Asynchronous and Futures (Promises) Design Patterns
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitHub, Bitbucket
• Experience in developing Large-scale, Single-Page Applications (SPAs)
• Good understanding of browser rendering behaviour and performance
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
• Good to have: JAVA 8, Micro-services, Spring boot
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Should have good insight into the latest web standards, colour combinations, fonts etc used on the site.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBITIES:

• Prepare, plan, and coordinate large stories into manageable tasks.
• Awareness of Open Source CMS such as WordPress/ Joomla/ Drupal etc (Knowledge/Experience of internal coding not essential)
• Develop highly scalable, fully tested, highly-composable, UI components (or factories).
• Leverage those components to rapidly build customized views for our products/applications.
• Collaborate with other developers, designers, QA, product owners, and users to improve process, documentation, code-performance, and technology choices.
• Maintain/Improve the current JavaScript codebase of our current line of products/applications.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
