About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, modern front-end development techniques, and a passion for creating intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement elegant, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• Translate user requirements and wireframes into interactive UI components.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to refine user experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve designs.
• Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital assets.
• Optimize front-end performance and accessibility.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Developer or Designer.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Basic understanding of backend integration and RESTful APIs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
