As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.

Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties. Your contributions will have a significant impact on our products' success, and you will be part of a team that is passionate about innovation, creativity, and excellence. Required Technical and Professional Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX development
• Proficient in React, Redux, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Experience integrating web server APIs such as REST and SOAP.
• Hands-on experience connecting and querying PostgreSQL databases.
• Skilled in designing UI screens using Figma or equivalent design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Working knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard creation and notification configuration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot UI/UX issues effectively.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
  

UI/UX Design and Development :

• Build intuitive, responsive, and aesthetically pleasing web interfaces using React, Redux, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Design and prototype UI screens using Figma or equivalent tools, translating design concepts into functional user interfaces.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with design teams to implement and refine wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
  
  

API Integration:

• Develop and maintain integrations with REST and SOAP APIs for backend communication.
• Ensure secure and efficient data exchanges between the application and APIs.
  
  

Database Connectivity:

• Connect and interact with PostgreSQL databases for storing and retrieving data.
• Write optimized SQL queries for data operations.
  
  

Power BI Integration:

• Develop dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
• Configure and manage Power BI notifications for end-user alerts and updates.
• Cloud Data Solutions (Nice-to-Have):
• Work with AWS solutions such as S3, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Amazon Redshift, and Amazon Athena for data integration and analytics.
  
  

Collaboration and Best Practices:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and data engineers.
• Follow agile development methodologies and maintain code quality through best practices, version control, and testing.
  
  

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

• Understanding of AWS Data Lake, Data Warehouse, S3, Amazon Redshift, and Amazon Athena.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• Experience with performance optimization in UI/UX development.
