UI/UX Developer

Position Summary

We are looking for a talented and user-focused UI/UX Developer to join our product team in building intuitive and scalable interfaces for our Event Management platform. With 3–5 years of relevant experience, you will play a key role in crafting seamless user experiences for event organizers, attendees, and vendors. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to create visually compelling and highly functional web and mobile applications

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and intuitive UI components for web and mobile applications using modern front-end frameworks
• Translate Figma or Sketch designs and wireframes into pixel-perfect, high-performance user interfaces
• Collaborate with design and product teams to understand user needs, behaviours, and pain points specific to event workflows
• Implement smooth navigation flows for complex user journeys like event creation, calendar integration, live dashboards, and real-time updates
• Optimize interfaces for performance, accessibility (WCAG), and mobile responsiveness
• Contribute to building and maintaining a design system for consistent UI/UX across the platform
• Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate to improve the product experience
• Stay updated on trends in UI/UX and apply best practices in an event-tech context
  
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX development for B2B or SaaS platforms
• Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework (React.js preferred)
• Experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating UI with back-end systems
• Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first development, and browser compatibility
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• A keen eye for detail, with a user-centric approach to problem solving
