We’re seeking a talented Unity Game Developer to join our team in designing and building educational games that make learning fun, effective, and immersive.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and develop interactive 2D/3D games in Unity for educational and AI-enhanced learning platforms.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, AI engineers, artists, and product managers to implement game mechanics and educational features.
• Integrate AI modules (e.g., adaptive learning, real-time feedback) into game logic using APIs or embedded frameworks.
• Optimize game performance across various platforms (desktop, mobile, and web).
• Implement gamification strategies such as rewards, progress tracking, students analytics and achievements.
• Debug, test, and maintain code to ensure a stable and polished user experience.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new game ideas aligned with learning objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Unity 3D/2D development with a solid portfolio of published or prototype games.
• Proficiency in C# and Unity scripting.
• Understanding of game physics, animation, and UI/UX in Unity.
• Experience integrating APIs and SDKs, preferably with AI or cloud-based services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.
• Passion for educational technology and gamification.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Min. 2 years are experience.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, OpenAI, or similar in gaming contexts.
• Familiarity with multiplayer or AR/VR development in Unity.
• Background in education, learning sciences, or instructional design.
• Experience with Unity WebGL and mobile deployment (iOS/Android).

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
