Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Game Developer with hands-on experience in Unity 3D or Unreal Engine to develop interactive virtual walkthroughs from architectural sketches or 3D models. The ideal candidate should be capable of turning 2D/3D designs into immersive, navigable environments with a game-like structure, integrating interactivity and AI elements for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities
Import and convert 2D plans or 3D architectural models (SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, etc.) into real-time virtual environments.

Design, build, and optimize interactive 3D walkthroughs in Unity or Unreal Engine.

Develop game-style navigation, interaction features, and user experience mechanics.

Collaborate with architects, product designers, and the AI team for functional integration.

Optimize assets and performance across platforms (PC, VR, Mobile).

Ensure realistic lighting, physics, and texture mapping to deliver high-quality output.

(Optional/Future) Support integration with AI/NPU/NPG-based thought-controlled interfaces.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Unity 3D or Unreal Engine with portfolio/examples of past work.

Strong knowledge of 3D modeling, asset optimization, and environment design.

Experience with importing and handling 3D files (FBX, OBJ, SKP, etc.) from architectural tools.

Understanding of lighting, post-processing, and interactive triggers in game engines.

Ability to troubleshoot and debug performance or UI/UX issues.

Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and open to rapid prototyping and iteration.
