Unity Game Developer

Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Unity Game Developer with 3–5 years of professional experience in game development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Unity3D, C#, API integration, and Git-based workflows, and will have hands-on experience in WebGL deployment and UAT (User Acceptance Testing). You'll be part of a dynamic team building high-performance games for mobile, desktop, and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain interactive games using Unity3D and C#.

Deploy games across platforms including Android, iOS, PC, and WebGL.

Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs (ads, analytics, payment, etc.).

Use Git for version control, branching strategies, and collaborative development.Optimize game performance, memory usage, and UI for various screen sizes.

Conduct and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for quality assurance.Collaborate with artists, designers, QA, and backend developers to deliver projects on time.

Identify bugs, performance bottlenecks, and device compatibility issues, and resolve them.Handle WebGL builds, testing, and performance tuning for browser-based games.

Participate in deployment processes to App Store, Play Store, and internal/external servers.

Required Skills:

3–5 years of hands-on experience with Unity3D and C# scripting.Proficiency in WebGL game deployment and optimization.Strong understanding of API integration, both REST and SDK-based.

Experience with Git/GitHub or GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with UAT, issue tracking, and release cycles.

Strong debugging, performance profiling, and optimization skills.Good understanding of game physics, animations, UI/UX, and scene management.

Nice to Have:

Experience with multiplayer frameworks (e.g., Photon, Mirror).Knowledge of Unity Cloud Build, Jenkins, or other CI tools.

Familiarity with Agile development methodology.Exposure to Firebase, crashlytics, and real-time analytics.
