Key Responsibilities
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, data science, mathematics or a related field
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python, with a strong focus on FastAPI, NumPy, and Polars for efficient data handling.
- Build and orchestrate agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP Agents to enable dynamic, multi-step reasoning.
- Design and implement RAG pipelines for contextual information retrieval and response generation.
- Integrate and optimize MongoDB or similar vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) for semantic search and embedding storage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable AI services in production.
- Conduct performance tuning, testing, and deployment of AI components.
- Stay updated with the latest in GenAI, LLMs, and agentic architectures.
- 3–6 years of experience in backend development with Python.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- FastAPI for building RESTful APIs.
- NumPy and Polars for numerical and tabular data processing.
- Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts and experience with:
- LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP Agents.
- Building and deploying agentic RAG systems.
- Experience with MongoDB or other vector databases for semantic search and retrieval.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
