Overview

 Designation – Sr. System Test Engineer

 Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Mechatronics / MSc Electronics

 Experience: 6 to 10 years.

 Location: Pune. No travel to sites involved. Work from office job.

A. Skills & Technologies:

Mandatory:

System Design & Commissioning:

 Configuring and commissioning Servo Drives, VFDs & Inverters.

 Experienced in Motion Control Programming in PLC for servo drives, VFDs/Inverters.

 Experience in Robotic (Drive Groups, Multi-Axes) programming in PLC.

 Design and Commissioning experience for Machine automation and turnkey projects

(including but not limited to Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) / Site Acceptance Test

(SAT)).

Testing of Safety Applications:

 Hands on programming experience on Safety PLCs, Servo Drives with Functional Safety,

VFDs & Inverters with Functional Safety and creating Safety applications in PLC.

 Hands On with one or more Safety based Fieldbus technologies (like PROFISafe, FailSafe

Over EtherCAT, SafetyBus p, Ethernet/IP with CIP Safety, DeviceNET Safety).

 Experience in programming of Safety devices like safety relays, light curtains, emergency

switches in safety PLCs like Rockwell GuardLogix, Siemens Failsafe Controllers, Pilz

Safety Controllers, Schmersal Safety, etc.

Desirable:

 Experience in Manual test Desktop and web-based application.

 Understanding of software test life cycle and processes.

 Understanding of the Safety Life Cycle as per IEC 61508, ISO 13849.

 Know-how of OPCUA Communication.

 Test planning, test case writing & execution skills.

C. Responsibilities:

 Understanding and update existing process for Test.

 Collaboration with all stakeholders.

 Technical work management - Work planning, estimation, execution, monitoring

 End to end ownership of the assigned work.

 Assisting manager in reports, infrastructure setup, organizational initiatives etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
