Assistant Manager - Business Analyst – ITS Project Delivery Group - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited Work you’ll do.

As an Assistant Manager in the ITS Project Delivery Group, you will:

• Demonstrate strong ownership of end-to-end delivery for business analysis activities, ensuring accountability and successful outcomes.
• Work independently with business stakeholders to understand, manage, and drive offshoring and complex transformation initiatives.
• Take initiative in identifying process improvement opportunities and proactively addressing challenges.
• Conduct detailed process mapping to capture As-Is and To-Be states, highlighting optimization areas.
• Independently plan and facilitate virtual workshops, engaging multiple stakeholders to gather insights.
• Synthesize pain points, opportunities, and requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Elicit, analyze, and formally document business and functional requirements with minimal supervision.
• Perform thorough options analysis and provide clear, actionable recommendations for decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with technical leads to design and implement effective technical solutions.
• Foster open communication and teamwork across business and technical teams.
• Manage multiple priorities and resources, adapting quickly to changing project needs and environments.
• Ensure timely execution and high-quality delivery of transformation projects, monitoring progress and resolving issues proactively.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Promote a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Lead and Develop Teams: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts, providing ongoing coaching, performance management, and career development support
• Champion the adoption of AI tools and advanced technologies to enhance analysis, automation, and process efficiency.

Shift Timings: 06.30 AM to 03.30 PM

The Team:

This BA CoE is responsible for undertaking business analysis activities on projects and programs which are managed within the Information Technology Services (ITS) Project Delivery Portfolio, to ensure delivery of project goals to agreed schedule and quality .

Qualifications: Experience

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year in a team leadership or supervisory role, delivering end-to-end business analysis on complex transformation and offshoring projects.
• Proven experience in a professional services environment, with a demonstrated ability to adapt and apply industry-specific practices.
  
  

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Deep understanding of business systems and technology, both strategically and operationally.
• Advanced expertise in analyzing, mapping, and optimizing complex business processes in line with industry best practices.
• Proficient in process mapping and collaboration tools such as Miro and Microsoft Visio for documenting workflows and facilitating workshops.
• Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI tools and advanced technologies to drive process analysis, automation, and decision-making at a portfolio or program level.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to make informed, data-driven recommendations and decisions.
• Solid awareness of security trends, tools, and techniques, with the ability to communicate risks and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to facilitate executive-level workshops and present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders and project teams.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build productive relationships and act as a trusted advisor between business and technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment, supporting the growth and development of team members.
  
  

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (essential).
• IIBA CBAP/CCBA or equivalent business analysis certification (desirable).
