Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UX Developer to join our product team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing exceptional user experiences across our web-based applications. You should have a strong grasp of modern UX principles, frontend development, and a deep understanding of user behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into intuitive designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web applications.
• Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and visually appealing UIs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to iterate on designs.
• Advocate for UX best practices, accessibility standards, and design consistency.
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design and frontend development.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for design and prototyping.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
• Experience with React (preferred) or other JavaScript frameworks.
• Understanding of UX research methodologies and user-centered design.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS products or enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Background in psychology, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
