Job Title: UX Developer (Enterprise Applications – Banking Domain)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UX Developer to join our team, focusing on designing and developing intuitive, user-friendly enterprise applications, with a strong preference for experience in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, exceptional technical skills, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences for complex business applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a UX Developer, UX Designer, or similar role, preferably designing enterprise applications in the banking or financial services domain.
- Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design techniques.
- Familiarity with UX research methods, including user interviews, A/B testing, and usability testing.
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and their application in web development.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services domain.
- Understanding of enterprise-level application design and development.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based environments like Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and version control systems (Git).
- Certification in UX design or related fields.
