Web Developer - Fresher

About the job:

As a Web Developer, you'll work with the development team to design, build, and maintain responsive and dynamic web applications. You'll gain real-time experience in frontend and backend development, and contribute to ongoing projects in a supportive and innovative tech environment.

Key responsibilities:

1. Frontend Development
Assist in building responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Work with frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
Optimize pages for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive layouts.

2. Backend Development
Support backend development using technologies like Node.js, Python, PHP, or Java.
Help develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
Work with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
Handle basic authentication, user roles, and session management.

3. Project Support & Collaboration
Participate in Agile-based team activities like daily stand-ups, sprints, and code reviews.
Use Git for version control and follow team collaboration practices (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (QA, Design, DevOps).

4. Testing and Debugging
Test code to ensure functionality and responsiveness.
Identify bugs and performance issues and help fix them with guidance from senior developers.

5. Learning and Documentation
Document features, bugs, fixes, and updates clearly.
Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and frameworks related to web development.
Be open to mentorship, learning, and hands-on training during the internship.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing/completed B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc. (CS/IT) or related technical field.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a must.
Familiarity with at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, PHP, etc.) is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and build real-world web applications.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
