Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Education : Bachelors degree or diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience : 3 - 5 years of professional experience with proven expertise in HTML coding and print design.
Technical Skills (Must-Have)
Web Development :
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, code, and maintain responsive HTML pages, emailers, newsletters, and templates.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility of digital assets.
- Design, format, and deliver high-quality print-ready artwork, including brochures, flyers, reports, posters, banners, and other marketing collaterals.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across print, web, and multimedia channels.
- Create impactful digital graphics for social media campaigns, websites, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
- Support in the development, editing, and optimization of short-form video content for marketing and branding.
- Work on UI/UX aspects of digital assets to ensure engaging and user-friendly outputs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Research and apply current design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creativity and efficiency.
- Provide support for ad-hoc multimedia and creative requirements as needed.
Education : Bachelors degree or diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience : 3 - 5 years of professional experience with proven expertise in HTML coding and print design.
Technical Skills (Must-Have)
Web Development :
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (basic to intermediate level).
- Experience with responsive web design frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.).
- Familiarity with email development tools and platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Understanding of cross-browser testing and debugging.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with Adobe XD / Figma for UI/UX and prototyping.
- Knowledge of print production standards, color modes, bleed, and export settings for print :
- Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut Pro for video editing.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or simple animations is a plus.
