About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM) to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be adept at building scalable solutions, developing custom applications, and delivering impactful performance analytics. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge ServiceNow implementations and make a real impact.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
• Strong expertise in ITOM modules – Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, etc.
• Proficient in custom application development on the Now Platform
• Experience in creating performance analytics dashboards and reports
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development practices
• Possess at least one of the following certifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – at least one module
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
