Job Title: Web Developer
Location: Gurgaon, Phase 5 (Work From Office)
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Salary Range: ₹2.5 - 3 LPA (depending on experience and expertise)
Joining Timeline: Immediate to 15 days
Additional Requirement: Candidates must carry their own laptops to work.

Key Responsibilities
Website and App Development:
- Develop and maintain websites, online order pages, landing pages, and Android/iOS apps for brands.
- Push apps live after obtaining brand confirmations.
- Resolve queries related to websites, apps, and phone sites within defined timelines.
- Quality check resolutions for apps and websites after creation.
- Troubleshoot issues related to performance or user experience.
- Raise technical queries to internal channels and create JIRA tickets when necessary.
- Provide supporting videos or detailed information for issues raised to the Tech team.
- Ensure all brand websites are SSL-secured and reinstate SSL if required.
- Work closely with the marketing team and other teams to meet client delivery deadlines.
- Maintain software documentation using tools like Coda.
- Propose process improvements, performance enhancements, and innovative ideas.
- Develop dashboards or other tools for internal and client-facing needs.
- Write and review code for web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Test web applications for optimal performance and user experience.
- Ensure attention to detail (ATD) with minimal errors or basic mistakes.
- Proven experience (minimum a year) in web development, with strong knowledge of:
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- XML and responsive design principles
- Hands-on experience in app development for Android and iOS platforms.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for performance or user experience issues.
- Familiarity with SSL setup and maintenance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of technical documentation tools.
