We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Website Development Lead to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end and back-end development, experience with WordPress and modern frameworks, and a passion for building high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-quality websites in collaboration with small, agile teams.
• Translate customer requirements into functional and visually appealing websites.
• Ensure responsive design and optimized performance across devices and platforms.
• Replicate UI/UX designs accurately using modern web technologies.
• Develop user-facing features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Integrate interfaces using custom JavaScript and manage backend processes.
• Work with WordPress and other CMS platforms to manage and customize website content.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility and functionality.
• Write clean, scalable code and conduct regular code reviews.
• Stay updated on emerging web technologies and trends.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams for seamless integration.

Experience and Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in front-end or full-stack website development.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Strong experience with WordPress development and customization.
• Proficiency with web frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience in website optimization for performance and SEO.
• Understanding of the entire web development process including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project collaboration tools.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
