Overview

We are looking for a passionate Web & App Development Intern to join our team and contribute to the digital transformation of our company. This internship will provide hands-on experience in website and mobile app development, along with exposure to real-world IT projects across India and the UAE.

As an intern, you will work closely with our IT & Digital Teams to develop, maintain, and enhance company websites, web applications, and mobile apps. You will also support the implementation of AI-driven automation, optimize digital platforms for performance and security, and assist in the digitalization of company operations.

Key Responsibilities: Web & App Development:

• Assist in the development, maintenance, and optimization of company websites and mobile applications.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Support mobile app development using Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin.
• Work with APIs and backend services using Node.js, PHP, MySQL, or Firebase.
• Debug issues, optimize performance, and ensure security compliance.
• Assist in SEO optimization and ensure websites meet modern UI/UX standards.

Technical Support & IT Coordination:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to implement digital solutions.
• Troubleshoot web and app issues and ensure smooth IT operations across branches.
• Assist in software integration and cloud computing solutions.
• Research and implement AI automation tools for business efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in web & app development.

Coordination & Delegation:

• Work with the IT team to streamline internal digital processes.
• Ensure seamless coordination between Pathanamthitta (Work Station) , Kochi, and Dubai offices for IT-related projects.
• Support the setup and maintenance of new digital platforms and technology upgrades.

Preferred Candidate Profile:Education Requirements:

• Pursuing or Completed Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates with strong practical experience in Web & App Development are highly preferred.

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Web Development – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, WordPress.
• Experience in Mobile App Development – Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin.
• Familiarity with Backend Technologies – Node.js, PHP, Firebase, SQL, MongoDB.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles for responsive applications.
• Basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure – Server management, Hosting, Cloud computing.
• Problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation in IT solutions.

Soft Skills & Other Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills to interact with different departments & branches.
• Strong organizational & time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in IT-related projects.
• Willingness to travel if required (company will provide travel & accommodation).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
