Job Title: Web Developer

Type: Full-Time (In-Office)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Hands-on Technical Experience

Salary: 15,000-18,000 (Based on skills & experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a technically skilled and creative Web Developer to join our growing team at Brand Make Digital Marketing Solutions. You’ll be responsible for building fast, responsive, and SEO-optimized websites that deliver real value to our clients. This role combines both front-end and back-end responsibilities, ideal for someone who wants to grow in a full-stack environment and stay in sync with evolving web trends.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain responsive, high-performance websites
Work with designers and marketers to ensure smooth UI/UX
Optimize for SEO, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness
Handle API integrations, plugin setups, and CMS customizations
Use Git, FTP/cPanel for version control and deployment
Apply security, speed, and performance best practices
Stay updated on latest tools, frameworks, and techniques

Required Skills

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
WordPress (themes, plugins, content setup)
PHP, MySQL basics
Responsive design & cross-browser compatibility
Git & GitHub workflows
Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap
WooCommerce, Elementor/WPBakery
cPanel, FTP, image optimization, lazy loading
Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel integration

Good to Have

React.js, Vue.js, Next.js (basics)
Figma/Adobe XD to code conversion
Basic SEO (schema, structured data)
API tools (Postman), headless CMS, JAMstack
GitHub Actions, CI/CD familiarity
Accessibility (WCAG), secure coding practices
Awareness of AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Framer AI)
