Web Developer

About us:

This is a key role in support of Maersk Technology's movement to platform-based development and increased usage of microservices, including (but not limited to) disconnected cloud platform (Azure). Joining Maersk Technology as a Security Engineer will enable you to gain broad business knowledge of the company’s activities globally, in addition to understanding how the complexity of technology supports the digitized transport and logistics business. The role operates using agile methodology delivering timely and effective cyber security of general and bespoke solutions.

In this role you will be exposed to a wide and challenging range of business issues through regular engagement with stakeholders across all management levels within Maersk. You will work and communicate across geographical and cultural borders that will enable you to build a strong professional network. We will provide you with opportunities to broaden your knowledge and strengthen your technical and professional foundation.

Responsibilities:

• Publish and maintain the News and Advisories sections ofMaersk.com
• Support development and maintenance of Local Information Pages(e.g., Press Releases, etc.)
• Share workload for regional web development projects, supporting LAM, Europe, and APA regions
• Co-develop email signatures and HTML5 paid media banners (ad banners)
• Manage the campaign pages, articles, events, and newsletter page development across the regions
• Assist with developing and maintaining portions of Logistic Insights, Logistic Explained sections, and Advisories on Maersk.com
• Support development and maintenance of Local Information Pages(e.g., Advisories, Press Releases, etc.)
  
  

Required skills & abilities:

• Knowledge of Sitecore, preference on Sitecore 9.0 version or AEM
• Experience in using Adobe Photoshop for basic image editing
• Good understanding of web technologies, practices, and trends
• Strong Command of the English Language is a must with superior communication and stakeholder management skills
