Job Title: Mid-Level PHP/ WordPress Website Developer
(with Digital Marketing Support)

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (In-office role)

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

About Us:
Kinfos Events is a leading international B2B conference organizer focused on banking and fintech events. Our websites are a crucial touchpoint for our clients, and we are now looking for a skilled and versatile PHP/WordPress Developer to help us take our web presence to the next level.

Role Summary:
We are looking for strong developer with 5–7 years of good experience in PHP/WordPress development. The ideal candidate should be able to independently create, manage and maintain multiple event websites, support marketing teams with web-related tasks, and assist in digital campaign support like banners and social posts. Good familiarity with modern tools like Breakdance or Bricks Builder is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Development & Maintenance:

Create, Manage, update, and optimize our event websites (WordPress/PHP-based) for performance, responsiveness, and SEO.

• Theme & Plugin Customization:

Customize WordPress themes, manage plugins, and implement new features and layouts as needed.

• Work with Builders:

Preferred hands-on experience with modern page builders like Breakdance or Bricks.

• Technical Problem Solving:

Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, improve load times, ensure mobile responsiveness, and implement basic security best practices.

• Digital Marketing Support:

Assist the design and marketing teams in deploying promotional banners, landing pages, pop-ups, and forms on websites and social channels.

• Collaboration with Designers:

Coordinate with graphic designers to translate creative concepts into functional, visually appealing web elements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: 5–7 years in PHP and WordPress development
• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL
• Experience in WordPress CMS, plugin customization, and responsive design
• Working knowledge of Breakdance, Bricks Builder, or similar tools is a strong advantage
• Exposure to basic SEO best practices and site performance optimization
• Ability to work on multiple websites simultaneously
• Familiarity with basic design tools like Canva, Figma, or Photoshop (design skills not required but a plus)

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and responsive with a strong sense of ownership
• Willing to coordinate across departments (design, marketing, content)
• Comfortable working on both structured and ad-hoc tasks

Additional Details:

• Location: In-person role at our Gurgaon office
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
• Pay Scale: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)
