About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Website Development & Enhancement
Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the company website to ensure optimal performance, responsiveness, and consistent design standards.
Develop new web pages, landing pages, and microsites to support marketing campaigns, events, and institutional initiatives.
Ensure websites are fully responsive, mobile-optimized, and compatible across all major browsers and devices.

2. CMS & Content Management
Update and manage content using CMS platforms (such as WordPress) in line with brand guidelines.
Integrate multimedia elements including videos, banners, graphics, and forms to enhance user experience.
Maintain logical site architecture and navigation for easy content discovery.

3. Website Performance & SEO Optimization
Monitor, analyze, and enhance website speed, loading times, and overall user experience.
Implement and manage SEO strategies, including metadata, keyword placement, and schema markup.
Configure and maintain analytics/tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager to support data-driven decisions.

4. Security, Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform regular backups, plugin/theme updates, and security checks to protect site integrity.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve website issues including broken links, bugs, and performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.

5. Lead Management & Integration
Integrate and optimize lead generation tools such as forms, CRMs, chatbots, and third-party marketing integrations.
Support tracking and analytics for lead capture and conversion funnels.

6. Collaboration & Project Support
Work closely with design and content teams to transform creative concepts into functional web experiences.
Provide technical support for online campaigns, student admissions drives, alumni features, events, and newsletters.

Skills required:

PHP, JavaScript, HTML 5, Digital Marketing, CSS3, Bootstrap, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Git, CMS (Content Management System), UI & UX Design and APIs

Other Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, IT, or related field.

Minimum 1 years of hands-on front-end or full-stack web development experience.

Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, PHP, and modern frameworks/CMS platforms.

Knowledge of Git/version control, hosting environments, and database management.

Solid grasp of SEO principles, analytics tools, and digital marketing basics.

Experience with API integrations, form tracking, and optimizing user journeys.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in educational institutions or EdTech platforms.

Understanding of UI/UX principles and wireframing tools.

Basic graphic design skills and image optimization for the web.

Immediate joining preferred – candidates who can join without notice will be given priority.
