3. Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, SEO, and premium performance.
4. Troubleshoot, test, and refine features to ensure flawless user experiences.
5. Experiment with tools, plugins, and AI-driven frameworks to keep builds cutting-edge.
6. Apply UX/UI principles to transform creative ideas into functional, high-end interfaces.
7. Contribute to strategy sessions by bringing a developer's perspective to brand storytelling.

Other Requirements:

1. 0–1 year of experience in web development (internship/freelance/project experience counts).

2. Proficiency in WordPress/Elementor, Shopify, React, or eagerness to quickly upskill.

3. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to balance design with performance.

4. Basic knowledge of technical SEO, schema, and site architecture.

5. Problem-solving mindset- able to innovate under deadlines and adapt to revisions.

6. Highly organized and detail-oriented- ensures websites function flawlessly across devices.

7. Self-motivated and passionate about building websites that convert, not just exist.
