Summary: As a Web Developer, you will design, build, and test web-based applications for various site components while also editing site content. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to document technical designs and specifications, researching updated content for websites, and ensuring that all applications meet performance standards and user expectations. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, ensuring that the web applications are both functional and user-friendly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy. - Strong understanding of web application architecture and design principles. - Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance metrics. - Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
