Web Developer

Overview

*Role Overview : *

We are looking for a Web Developer who can build and own FOXO’s entire web ecosystem from scratch (0→1) from architecture to launch to scale. This is not a maintenance role. This is a build + own + grow role.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating high-performance, conversion-driven websites
• Driving organic growth through strong SEO foundations
• Continuously optimizing speed, structure, and discoverability

What We’re Looking For

Core Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in web development
• Strong experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with modern frameworks (React / Next.js preferred)
• Strong understanding of performance optimization & Core Web Vitals

SEO & Web Fundamentals:

• Solid understanding of technical SEO
• Experience with site architecture, structured data, and indexing
• Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, GA, etc.

Build Mindset:

• Proven experience building websites from scratch (not just maintaining)
• Strong ownership mindset—can independently drive projects end-to-end
• Ability to think beyond code: user, growth, and business impact

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CMS (Headless or traditional)
• Exposure to analytics, experimentation, and CRO
• Basic backend understanding (APIs, integrations)
