We're building scalable products to improve the placement preparation experience for students across India.

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer (MERN) to help build and improve PrepCampus. You'll work on real-world features, optimize performance, develop APIs, and collaborate on new AI-powered functionalities.

Responsibilities:
Candidates must explore and understand the PrepCampus platform (https://prepcampus.co) before applying.
Familiarity with the platform's features, user flow, and placement preparation modules is required to contribute effectively from day one.
Develop responsive web applications using React.js.
Build REST APIs with Node.js and Express.js.
Design and manage MongoDB databases.
Integrate third-party APIs and authentication.
Improve application performance and scalability.
Collaborate with the team to develop new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
Debug and resolve frontend and backend issues.

Requirements:
Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Understanding of REST APIs and Git.
Familiarity with JWT authentication and database design.
Basic knowledge of AI APIs (OpenAI/Gemini) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Passion for learning and building impactful products.
