About the Role

We are seeking a Web Developer Associate to join our team in Mumbai. This role is focused on front-end development and will involve regular interaction with colleagues and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards. You will be responsible for developing web applications and interfaces, ensuring they are responsive, efficient, and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain website architecture, templates, and structures from scratch.
• Work extensively with HTML (HTML4, XHTML, HTML5) to create static and dynamic pages.
• Design and implement CSS (CSS1, CSS2, CSS3) for responsive layouts, cross-browser compatibility, and pixel-perfect designs.
• Utilize JavaScript (DOM, Core, JSON, AJAX, jQuery) for developing and customizing modules.
• Integrate front-end code with server-side systems and content management platforms.
• Conduct unit testing for completed tasks to ensure quality and performance.
• Participate in planning and delivering software platforms across multiple products.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve technical challenges.
• Provide support for content management and template development.
• Work in rotational shifts as required.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in HTML, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with web content management systems.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and semantic web best practices.
• Familiarity with JavaScript libraries (e.g., jQuery) and optimization techniques.
• Ability to perform unit testing and maintain code quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and process-oriented approach.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Veeva CRM or Salesforce.
• Prior exposure to working on enterprise-scale platforms.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
