About the job:

We are hiring a high-potential fresher Web Developer to join our startup AI team at Matrix 360. This role is for candidates who are serious about building a long-term career, committed to continuous learning, and capable of executing real work at professional standards.

This is not a casual or part-time role. You will work on live, production-level projects, contribute directly to business growth, and be expected to learn fast and deliver consistently.

What you will do
Build, customise, and maintain WordPress and web-based solutions, as also applications
Work across frontend and backend components
Apply UI/UX principles to improve usability, clarity, and performance
Use AI tools actively in development workflows (code assistance, optimisation, ideation)
Continuously learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and AI capabilities
Execute tasks with focus, attention to detail, and ownership
Collaborate closely with team members in a fast-moving startup environment

Work style & expectations
Ability to work in-camera (on video) for 6-7 hours per day, 5 days a week
Must have access to a strong Wi-Fi and a good desktop/laptop with hi-quality camera
Comfortable with regular discussions, reviews, and real-time collaboration
Able to maintain focus, professionalism, and clear communication in a remote or hybrid setup
