Instabyte Solutions is a fast-growing digital solutions provider based in Zirakpur. We specialize in delivering impactful websites, eCommerce platforms, and custom software solutions for businesses across industries.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Web Developer with strong hands-on experience in WordPress, Shopify, HTML, CSS, and PHP. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in front-end development, plugin/theme customization, and also have exposure to frameworks like Laravel and CodeIgniter (CI).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress and Shopify.
- Develop custom WordPress themes from scratch and modify existing ones.
- Create and customize WordPress plugins as per client requirements.
- Work with Magento for eCommerce development & support.
- Implement UI/UX designs with clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Write reusable, well-structured PHP code for custom web applications.
- Work with PHP frameworks like Laravel and CodeIgniter (CII) for custom backend development.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate with designers, team leads, and QA for seamless delivery.
Key Skills Required:
- WordPress Theme Development (from scratch)
- Plugin Development & Customization
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
- Shopify Customization
- PHP (Core & Frameworks: Laravel, CodeIgniter)
- Magento (basic understanding)
- Good understanding of web performance, SEO basics, and cross-browser compatibility
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in relevant technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
